Overview
Pedders Australia needed a centralized system to manage GVM upgrades and other vehicle-related applications across their nationwide network of stores. The platform had to handle different user roles, streamline application approvals, track vehicle and application data, and generate certificates for completed upgrades.
We developed a robust web application using raw PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and jQuery, providing a role-based system for store submissions, admin approvals, item ordering, photo management, recalls, reporting, and reminders.
The Challenge
Key challenges included:

Multiple user roles: Admin, store staff, nominated users, and technicians, each with different privileges
